Complimentary Repair Services
When you receive your Ciphersmesh products, rest easy knowing you have a 12-month radio repair service on us! Our radio accessories also come with a 6-month repair warranty, except for those snazzy earpieces – they get a 3-month warranty. And if anything needs a little extra love beyond the warranty period, don’t worry, maintenance services are still available, with costs covered by our awesome buyers.
Who’s in the Warranty Club?
This warranty is like a VIP pass, exclusively for the initial consumer purchaser. It’s like a special handshake – non-transferable but filled with perks. When reaching out to us, share your order ID and the complete recipient’s name. We want to make sure you get the best care!

- Unauthorized Service or Modification (let’s not let anyone mess with the magic)
- Lack of Proof of Purchase (show us some love – order details, please!)
- Free Gifts (gifts are great, but they’re not in the warranty party)
Warranty Policies for Your Gear
Walkie-Talkie
- Warranty Time: 12 months from the date of purchase
- Repair Methods: We’ll repair or replace parts based on the issue, and the fixed parts continue to enjoy the remaining warranty from the purchase date.
Repeater
- Warranty Time: 12 months from the date of purchase
- Repair Methods: Same as the Walkie-Talkie, repair or replace based on the issue, and the fixed parts keep the 12-month warranty from the purchase date.
Speaker Mic, Antenna, Battery, and Charger
- Warranty Time: 6 months from the date of purchase
- Repair Methods: We’ll fix or replace the parts based on the issue, and the replaced parts continue to enjoy the remaining 6-month warranty from the purchase date.
Earpiece
- Warranty Time: 3 months for free repair from the date of purchase
- Repair Methods: We’ll replace it, and the new earpiece gets the remaining 3-month warranty from the purchase date.
